Primavera 2 Championship, Como Women defeated 2-0 Vicenza

In Group A of the Primavera 2 Championship, Como Women’s U19 side defeated Vicenza 2–0, thanks to goals from Caiazzo in the 39th minute and Marchiori in the 55th.

This is the analysis from head coach Riccardo Panzeri: “The team played an organized match, stayed in control and was technically clean. The girls did very well: we still need to grow in terms of clinical finishing if we want to become a team capable of having a say in every match. In our decision-making, especially in the final third, we still make several mistakes: it’s an aspect we’re working on a lot. Today, however, I saw a team that wanted to win until the very end. These girls are growing a great deal, they are very humble and they deserve the joy of winning a match as part of a broader development process.”

The next league fixture for the U19 side will be on Saturday, December 20 at 2:30 pm in Erba, in the derby against Como 1907.
