Partnership Executive

Reports to: Commercial Director 

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-term Contract

Salary: €20,000–€25,000 gross annual salary (RAL) + performance bonus

Role Overview
The Partnership Executive will support the Commercial Director on the development and execution of FC Como Women’s revenue-generation strategy across all business and commercial functions, with a focus on partnership, ticketing, merchandising and licensing, as well as partner’s activations and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy

• Work with the Commercial Director on the implementation of a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across the different functions, with a focus on partnerships

Commercial Partnerships

• Identify and manage prospect lists within different categories
• Support the Commercial Director in the partnership negotiation, closing and renewal phases

Partnership Activations & Accounting

• Manage the effective and efficient delivery of all partners contractual rights and assets
• Work with partners to develop effective activation plans around their rights
• Explore other innovative assets that could be integrated within our Club that would deliver value for existing or new partner
• Create high quality presentations that reflect the premium nature of the FC Como Women brand
• Assess rights and activations best practices from clubs across other european leagues
• Manage and update the partnership tracker regularly.

Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in partnership sales within professional sports (football not mandatory)
• A background in delivery and management of effective partnership programmes
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
