F.C. Como Women is pleased to announce the renewal of the contract with coach Stefano Sottili. After a season of working together, the club and the coach have decided to continue this journey, with the aim of giving continuity to the technical project and the values that have distinguished the work carried out so far.

The confirmation of Stefano Sottili represents an important step towards building the next season, with the desire to continue growing, both on and off the pitch, as stated by DS Miro Keci: "The confirmation of the coach represents the natural continuation of the excellent work done last season. It is a well-deserved choice, the result of the commitment, dedication, and attention he has always demonstrated. He has worked with great conscientiousness and passion, showing he is the right person to lead this team. He is a genuine, practical figure, deeply connected to the pitch and daily work." He then added: "The aim for the new season is to continue the growth path we started together. We want to consolidate what we have built, grow as a group, as a team and as a technical project. Continuity is our priority, because we strongly believe in the vision we set out last year."

These are the words of the Tuscan coach: "I am very happy with the trust the club has placed in me, with the shared aim of continuing a path of growth, on several levels. We are preparing for an exciting season, which will see the introduction of an additional official competition and a newly formatted league, certainly more competitive."

On Como Women's objectives: "We are not setting intermediate goals. We will move from fighting for survival to competing for the positions that grant access to the Champions League. The teams are coming together these months, with the clear intention to raise the level and quality of their squads. All of these signs, combined with the constant growth of the women's game nationally – also well represented by the Italian national team's presence at the European Championships – lead us to believe that next season will be even more stimulating, intense and of higher quality."
