Alisha Lehmann joins Leicester City FC

F.C. Como Women announces that it has reached an agreement with Leicester City FC for the permanent transfer of Alisha Lehmann.

The decision stems from the athlete’s personal and life-related reasons, as she expressed the desire to return to England, a country with which she maintains a strong personal and professional connection. “My decision to return to England is mainly linked to a personal life choice. I lived there for many years; it is a country where I grew both as a person and as a footballer, and one that I feel very close to. Women’s football in England represents a context that I know well and where I feel at home,” said Lehmann. “Although my experience at Como Women was short, I take many positive things with me: the opportunity to live in a special place and, above all, the relationships with my teammates. The girls are fantastic, and I am sure these bonds will last over time. I am grateful for the moments we shared and for the memories we built together.”
