Genoa-Como Women: Match Report and Photogallery

Today, Como Women played their third friendly match of the summer preparations. At the Stadio Comunale di Sondalo (SO), Paolo Tramezzani’s side were narrowly defeated 1-0 by Genoa, in their first match wearing the new 2026/27 home kit, unveiled yesterday.

The match was played over three 30-minute periods, with the opening period ending goalless after a balanced start. The first 30 minutes finished 0-0.

The decisive goal came in the second period, when Cafferata broke the deadlock in the 36th minute to put Genoa ahead. The second period ended with Ilaria Leoni’s side leading 1-0.

The score remained unchanged throughout the third and final period, with Genoa ultimately securing a 1-0 victory.
