InJob becomes Official Partner of F.C. Como Women

F.C. Como Women is pleased to announce inJob as the Club’s new Official Partner for the 2026/27 season.
The partnership marks inJob’s entry into women’s football and represents the company’s first partnership in this sector. The agreement is built around a shared vision: using sport as a platform to create connections, recognise talent and generate new opportunities for people, both on and off the pitch.
The partnership also holds particular significance for the local community, as inJob will open its first branch in the province of Como, in Erba, strengthening its connection with this strategic area and creating new opportunities for engagement and dialogue with businesses, professionals and the local community.
At the heart of the partnership will be Beyond, F.C. Como Women’s project dedicated to the empowerment, personal growth and professional development of its players. Through training and opportunities for discussion, players will have the chance to recognise and build on the skills developed throughout their sporting journey — from leadership and teamwork to resilience, managing pressure and discipline — and turn them into valuable assets for their future professional careers.
The partnership with inJob therefore represents a concrete step in the Club’s commitment to developing initiatives that create value for both its players and the local community. This approach reflects the Club’s vision of building a network of partners with whom it can share values, expertise and projects capable of generating tangible business opportunities as well.
“Our partnership with Como Women goes beyond sport: it means investing in talent, merit and opportunities, regardless of gender. Women’s football is increasingly becoming a vehicle for inclusion and growth for younger generations, and we want to actively contribute to this movement, in line with our values and with the connection we are building with the local community,” comments Enrica Ronchi, CEO of inJob. “This is the first time we have directly supported women’s football, and we are doing so by strengthening our ties with Como. This step is part of a journey we have been pursuing for years in support of women’s empowerment, professional development and female leadership,” Ronchi adds.
