F.C. Como Women announces three-year partnership with PULSE

F.C. Como Women is delighted to announce its partnership with PULSE, a technology platform dedicated to optimizing sports performance, which will support the Club for the next three sporting seasons.

F.C. Como Women will integrate PULSE into its athlete monitoring and performance management processes, providing the technical, medical and performance staff with an innovative tool capable of transforming complex data into clear, timely and actionable information to support decision-making.

PULSE is an operating system designed to unify physical, mental, medical and recovery data within a single platform, providing a complete overview of the athlete. One of the platform’s distinctive features is the integration of menstrual cycle monitoring into performance analysis, a particularly relevant aspect in women’s football. This functionality, which is also directly managed by the athletes themselves, allows the staff to monitor an additional physiological factor when planning training sessions and managing each player’s individual development.

For F.C. Como Women, this partnership represents a further step in the Club’s ongoing innovation journey, with the goal of putting technology at the service of its players and creating an increasingly advanced environment capable of enhancing both their wellbeing and performance.

“From a Performance Department perspective, we are delighted to begin this journey with PULSE, a tool that will allow us to take another step forward in the management of our athletes,” said Matteo Veltri and Andrea Collato, F.C. Como Women’s fitness coaches. “The platform will help us integrate information from the different areas of our staff and transform the large amount of data available into concrete insights, allowing us to deliver an increasingly personalised approach for each player.”
