Born in Calella, Spain, on 6 October 2004, Laura developed through the prestigious FC Barcelona academy, where she played from 2016 to 2022, completing her entire youth pathway through to the club’s reserve team. She captained Barcelona’s youth sides for three seasons and made her debut in the Primera Federación, Spain’s second division, in 2021 at just 16 years of age.
In 2022, she embarked on a new chapter in the United States, joining California State University, Fresno. Competing in the NCAA Division I championship, she made 64 appearances over four seasons, scoring three goals and providing five assists, while also serving as team captain.
Alongside her football career, Laura graduated with honours in Computer Science, excelling academically throughout her time in the United States. For four consecutive years, she was named to the Mountain West All-Academic Team, an award recognising student-athletes who achieve outstanding results both on the field and in their studies.
These were her first words as a Lariane player: "I’m very happy to be here. What attracted me the most about Como Women is the club’s vision and style of play. I believe it is the perfect environment for me to grow as a player alongside very talented teammates and the coaching staff."
Welcome to Como Women, Laura!
