F.C. Como Women announces partnership with Serenis
F.C. Como Women is pleased to announce its partnership with Serenis, a digital clinic bringing together thousands of healthcare professionals on its platform, including psychotherapists, doctors, nutritionists and other specialists. Serenis is a healthcare provider authorised by ATS Milano and was founded with the aim of making healthcare more accessible to both individuals and businesses through a digital model that connects users with qualified healthcare professionals.
For F.C. Como Women, taking care of its players in every aspect means complementing technical and athletic preparation with a concrete focus on psychological wellbeing. High-level sport requires not only preparation and performance, but also balance, self-awareness and the ability to navigate the different challenges that accompany an athlete’s journey. From this perspective, psychological wellbeing is an integral part of both sporting and personal development.
As part of this approach, the partnership with Serenis includes a programme of workshops for the First Team and Youth Academy, centred around the theme “The Mind-Body Connection: The Athlete’s Driving Force.” The sessions will explore the relationship between psychological wellbeing, nutrition and sporting performance, with content tailored to different age groups.
For the First Team, the programme will focus on mental training, pressure management, teamwork and nutrition. For the Primavera, Under-17 and Under-15 teams, the workshops will focus on emotional awareness, managing mistakes and developing a healthy relationship with body image and food, supporting players through the different stages of their growth.
The partnership will also include two sessions as part of Beyond, the project created by F.C. Como Women to support the personal growth and professional development of its players. With the support of Serenis specialists, the sessions will focus on sports psychology and nutrition, both of which are fundamental aspects of an athlete’s life.
This partnership represents a further step in the Club’s commitment to creating an environment that places an increasing focus on the individual, their development and their wellbeing, both on and off the pitch.

F.C. Como Women is one of the few independent professional clubs in Italian women’s football and currently competes in Serie A Women. In addition to the First Team, the Club’s Youth Academy comprises more than one hundred players. The First Team trains at the F.C. Como Women Training Center in Cislago and plays its home league matches at the “Mino Favini” Stadium in Meda.
