Primavera 2 Championship: Como Women vs Bologna ends 0–0

In Group A of the Primavera Championship, the match between Como Women and Bologna, valid for the tenth round of the competition, ended in a 0–0 draw.

“It was a good game of football between two teams with a strong identity. These are matches that help you grow, because you come up against opponents who always put you under pressure and allow the players to gain experience on the pitch, experiencing both competitiveness and game management. In the first half we were the better side, also creating the biggest chance of the match with a counter-attack that ended with a shot hitting the inside of the post and staying out. The game did not then offer many other clear-cut chances. Towards the end of the second half we struggled a bit due to fatigue, but the team held firm. I am pleased with the debuts of some young players, who responded positively. I congratulate all the girls, because they are working with great commitment and are building an important pathway looking ahead to the future. Congratulations also to Bologna, who have a quality team. It was a great afternoon of football, fully in the spirit of the Primavera league.”
