On Matchday 5 of the Primavera 2 Championship, Como Women secured their third consecutive victory, beating Brescia 1–0 at home thanks to a goal from Evangelista in the 76th minute. Also worth noting was the return to the pitch of Viktoria Szabo', who is recovering from the ACL injury she sustained last season.

Here is head coach Marco Dessì's post-match reaction:

"It was a decent game against a good team like Brescia, and they deserve credit. In terms of performance, we could have done better today compared to our previous outings, but this is part of the growth process the girls are going through. Days like this can happen, and we have to take that into account, while remaining aware of what we can improve and continuing to move forward.

At the same time, the girls deserve credit because they knew how to dig deep when they needed to. They maintained a very positive attitude and stayed in the game for all 95 minutes. Certainly, we could have performed better, but we take home an important 1–0 victory and continue our development."

Thanks to this result, Como Women's U19 team move to the top of Group A with 13 points. The Lariane will now have a bye in the next round of the league.
