F.C. Como Women announces that, by mutual agreement with the Club, player Mathilde Kruse Madsen will return to Denmark to dedicate the next chapter of her life to a new professional path related to her studies in Psychology.

“After careful consideration, I feel that this is the right time for me to return home to Denmark and dedicate my time to a new professional path related to my studies in Psychology. I have deeply enjoyed my life here at Como Women, both on and off the pitch, and I feel very fortunate to have met people whom I will never forget. I will always carry the memories of this period and of the people who have been part of it with me.”

Madsen joined Como in the summer of 2025 and concludes her time with the Club after a season in which she scored two goals: the first against Genoa in the Serie A Women’s Cup, and the second in the league away against Parma, where her long-range effort in the 85th minute secured a 1-0 victory for Como Women.

The Club would like to thank Mathilde for her professionalism, commitment and contribution throughout the past season, and wishes her all the very best during this period in Denmark and in the personal and professional journey she has chosen to undertake.
